About The Job:
- Experience 7 to 10 Years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Skilful in leading and managing change across cultural, process and behavioural aspects.
- Understanding externally recognised change tools and theories.
- Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience managing virtual teams across multiple geographies.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand, delivery-oriented environments.
- Expert facilitator able to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization to guide individuals through change.
- Strong relationship builder with trust-based stakeholder engagement.
- High degree of interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong, creative writer with understanding of communication trends and technology.
- Strong digital fluency using tools such as SharePoint, Yammer, Teams and storytelling techniques.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and digital transformation with domain knowledge.
Essential Job Functions:
- Change manager is responsible for defining and recommending how a change framework should be deployed.
- Deliver change management for large strategic transformation and digitalization projects.
- Act as a key member of global and strategic change projects ensuring timely delivery.
- Avoid major issues resulting from poor change management.
- Work with impacted project teams to design and deliver effective communications.
- Influence, educate, and inform employees impacted by change.
- Lead digital communication and storytelling initiatives.
- Define and recommend deployment of change framework based on GBS methodology.
- Deliver change management for large strategic projects.
- Conduct case for change.
- Conduct change impact assessment.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement activities.
- Deliver communication-related activities including creation of communication materials.
- Deliver training-related activities.
- Design and execute internal and external communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Manage a wide range of stakeholders across GBS and organization.
- Engage with senior stakeholders as well as staff impacted by change.
- Adaptability to handle various project types including transitions, transformations, and digitalization.
- Experience managing cultural, behavioural and organizational change.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and focus on strategic outcomes.
- Maintain daily prioritization and deliver high-value outcomes in dynamic environments.
