About The Job:

- Shift Timing :- 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
- We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) Lead to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of PS workstreams in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- The role is responsible for aligning project-based business processes with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration with Finance and Logistics and drive successful transformation outcomes.
- The PS Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams.
Essential Job Functions:
S/4 HANA PS Workstream Leadership.
- Lead the SAP PS workstream in S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Own end-to-end delivery of Project-to-Cash and Project Costing and Controlling processes.
- Act as the primary escalation point for all PS-related topics.
- Drive solution design and configuration for SAP PS including project structures, cost planning, budgeting, availability control.
- Project settlement, results analysis and revenue recognition.
- Ensure alignment with S/4HANA Finance and controlling integration.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and process harmonization sessions.
- Manage ECC to S/4HANA PS simplifications and functional impacts.
- Support custom code remediation impacting PS processes.
- Integration and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Coordinate integration with FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, and HR modules.
- Ensure seamless integration with Procurement, Billing, and Finance.
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
- Lead PS-related unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect management.
- Own cutover planning for open projects, budgets, and settlements.
- Provide go-live and hypercare support ensuring stable operations.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project standards.
- Review and approve functional designs, configurations, and test artifacts.
- Mentor PS consultants and support knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
MUST Have Mandatory skills (non-negotiable).
- 7+ years of relevant experience in UiPath including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center.
- Must have hands on experience with Power Automate Desktop.
- Must have experience with Agentic AI (RPA + AI) including but not limited to Generative AI / LLMs.
- 10–12+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Project Systems.
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a PS Lead role.
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting and controlling.
- S/4HANA and Finance Integration.
- Deep knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
- PS–FI/CO integration.
- Results Analysis and Settlement.
- Experience with Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) integration is a plus.
- Knowledge on LeanIX and Signavio for process flow preparation and discussion with business team is an added advantage.
- SAP S/4HANA certification in Project Systems or Finance.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Industry experience in Engineering, Construction, EPC, Energy, or Professional Services.
- Exposure to SAP CPM, EPPM, or SAP Portfolio and Project Management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

- Proven experience leading PS delivery in large SAP programs.
