About The Job:
- Power Platform Engineer (InfoPath Migration, Power Apps and Copilot Studio).
- Primary responsibility will be to migrate existing Microsoft InfoPath forms into modern Power Apps solutions.
- Post migration, focus on development, support, and enhancement of Power Apps and Copilot Studio agents.
- Handle live operational incidents and deliver new capabilities via Agile Release Team.
- Role supports Copilot Studio capability and AI assisted application delivery across Power Platform.
Essential Job Functions:
- InfoPath to Power Platform Migration.
- Lead migration of InfoPath forms to Power Apps before end of life deadline.
- Assess current solutions, integrations, and processes.
- Design and build Power Apps solutions with improved user experience.
- Work with business stakeholders for validation.
- Ensure testing, documentation, and handover.
- Power Apps and Copilot Studio Delivery.
- Design and build Power Apps and Copilot Studio agents for business processes.
- Use Copilot assisted and low-code development approaches.
- Develop conversational and task-oriented agents integrated with apps and workflows.
- Ensure scalability, security, and governance compliance.
- Operational Support.
- Provide BAU support for Power Apps and Copilot agents.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Support enhancements and fixes in live systems.
- Agile Release Team Participation.
- Deliver new features via Agile Release Team.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
- Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and service owners.
- Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and governance standards.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills and Experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience with Copilot Studio including agent development.
- Experience migrating InfoPath forms to Power Platform.
- Understanding of Power Platform architecture including Power Automate.
- Experience supporting production low-code solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI assisted or Copilot-based development.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Dataverse integration.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance and security roles.
- Experience in enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
- All InfoPath forms successfully migrated before end of life.
- Stable and supported Power Apps and Copilot solutions.
