About The Job:
- Experience 7 to 10 Years.
- 7+ yrs of relevant technical field experience required.
- Demonstratable experience working in maintenance and understanding the principles of a CMMS.
- Development of job plans including planned maintenance, condition monitoring and operator rounds and basic care activities.
- Facilitating and validating site critical equipment against T&P guidance.
- Comprehensive understanding of application of equipment strategies for maintenance execution.
- Understanding and development of equipment criticality.
- Analysing master tag register.
- Reading P&IDs.
- Awareness of packaging and nesting for maintenance activities.
- Awareness of development of functional location and asset hierarchy.
- Resource should align with the team working hours which is 14:00-23:00 IST Monday-Friday.
Essential Job Functions:
- The Reliability and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for providing maintenance and reliability support to projects.
- Includes maintenance and optimization activities.
- Supports delivery of maintenance build technical content ensuring the right activities at the right time.
- Build a comprehensive maintenance program for safe and efficient operations.
- Development of Quality Plan.
- Development of Project Proforma.
- Conformance to P&ID data alignment to CMMS.
- Asset Register with proper attributes including equipment class and critical equipment.
- FLH/FLOC structure within site CMMS constraints.
- Critical Equipment Validation.
- Equipment strategy preparation.
- Existing strategy review and optimization.
- EX and ATEX Validation.
- CMMS data entry and validation.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of CMMS systems and maintenance principles.
- Experience in equipment strategy development and criticality analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical documentation.
- Experience working in maintenance and reliability engineering environments.
