About The Job:
- SAP Pune is looking for SAP Basis Administrator to deliver consistent high-performance SAP systems and applications to support business operation.
- Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of critical systems for different customers.
- Monitoring the SAP applications using Solution Manager.
- Recording and advising team members and management on issues and needed adjustments.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintaining and managing availability of systems including performing health checks for production and non-production.
- Provide operational support in the integration of SAP infrastructure.
- Knowledge of batch jobs, interface, and channel monitoring.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
- Provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for Basin technical issues to the customer.
- Understanding of kernel upgrades.
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes, and schedules.
- Ability to perform admin activities, system copy, system installation, and upgrade activities.
Qualifications:
Desired Skills and Experience.
- 2 or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as a basis administrator in a medium or large size firms.
- 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS in multiple SAP products.
- Strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good team player and quick learner.

Education.
- Graduate in Engineering, Computer science, Information systems, or Computer applications.
