Essential Job Functions:
- Perform migration and integration activities for Coupa Contract Module systems.
- Handle integration of Coupa Contract Module with systems within project scope.
- Understand the underlying architecture of the Contract Module and troubleshoot migration/integration issues.
- Serve as the SME for Coupa functional processes and technical integrations.
- Provision and manage Coupa Analytics, Attachment Utility, and API access.
- Validate procurement, contracting, supplier, and approval workflows.
- Review and advise on integration designs, including MuleSoft integrations.
- Confirm API endpoints, payload structures, security requirements, rate limits, and error handling standards.
- Support SIT, UAT, data extraction, and issue resolution activities.
- Submit and manage support cases with the Coupa system.
- Ensure all system management documents are maintained.
- Support audit processes and technical documentation activities.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience in migration/integration of Coupa Contract Module and Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Deep knowledge of Coupa Contract Module and CLM.
- Experience with Coupa Analytics, Attachment Utility, and API access management.
- Knowledge of procurement, contracting, supplier, and approval workflows.
- Experience working with Coupa APIs and integration processes.
- Knowledge of GxP and Non-GxP processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience working with Global Pharma clients in Coupa systems.
- Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile delivery.
