About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Advise and support the governance model for the upcoming planned release as part of the ongoing Finance Transformation program.
- Define the release governance model, including release approach, impacted stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
- Provide high-level understanding and support across Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders within the client ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal client resources and directly with the Project Head.
- Develop governance structures and proposals for release management.
- Design and propose operating models related to release management.
- Handle project management activities and coordination tasks.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong understanding of Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
- Good project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in governance model and operating model design.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in BPMN 2.0 process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with Signavio process modeling and workflow development.
- Experience managing Signavio dictionary topics.
- Understanding of process mining concepts in Signavio.
