About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong functional testing background, who can independently drive test planning, execution, and governance across complex enterprise applications.
- The ideal candidate will bring balanced experience of Functional Testing, ETL Testing, and Reconciliation Testing, with the ability to work hands-on while also providing direction to the testing process.
- Experience in CRM platforms is highly preferred, and exposure to the pharmaceutical domain will be a significant advantage.
Test Leadership & Strategy
- Own end-to-end test planning, test strategy creation, and execution governance.
- Lead functional testing initiatives with a strong understanding of business processes and user workflows.
- Drive quality assurance best practices and ensure adherence to established testing standards.
- Perform hands-on functional testing of enterprise applications across multiple modules.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and functional SMEs to understand requirements and convert them into comprehensive test scenarios.
- Ensure high-quality test coverage with positive, negative, integration, and regression testing.
- Conduct ETL testing to validate data pipelines, data accuracy, and transformations across systems.
- Execute reconciliation testing to ensure data integrity and completeness between source and target systems.
- Work closely with data teams to validate data mappings, load processes, and business data rules.
- Lead defect management processes and drive triage discussions.
- Ensure rigorous tracking of deliverables, test progress, and quality metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, product, business, and data teams.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and JIRA for test management, requirement traceability, and defect handling.
- Ensure complete compliance with test documentation, reporting, and traceability standards.
- 8-10 years of total experience in QA with at least 1-2+ years in a lead or Senior role.
- Strong expertise in Functional Testing, ETL/Data Testing, and Reconciliation Testing.
- Hands-on experience in preparing test strategies, test cases, test plans, and execution reports.
- Proficiency with ADO and JIRA workflows.
- Ability to independently lead testing activities across sprints/releases.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with CRM applications (Salesforce, Veeva, Dynamics 365, or similar).
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
