About The Job:
- Support Project Managers deliver complex tech change projects to Adobe’s largest Enterprise customers as well as working independently.
- Develop and demonstrate deep domain expertise related to enterprise environments, use cases, Adobe products and offerings.
- Become the TSS Team’s main Subject Matter Expert on Automated User Management.
- Present user management solutions and options, including pros, cons and limitations.
- Provide guidance on best practices for LDAP, LDAPS, MSAD, Azure AD, Azure SCIM and the User Management API (UMAPI).
- Drive and document online discovery sessions with customers to capture requirements and environment details.
- Guide customers through setup, testing and go-live.
- Troubleshoot user management issues using the User Management Tool and MS Azure Connector.
- Expected knowledge of Python language required.
- Expected knowledge of Identity and SSO to provide setup guidance.
- Gain competent-level knowledge on Adobe Admin Console and Global Admin Console.

- Partner closely with customers to deliver a white glove experience.
- Identify and present viable options while being mindful of risks and future-proofing solutions.

- Politely challenge customer requirements, requests and expectations when required.
- Lead and participate in production deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from production.
- Gain high-level knowledge of Adobe Sign Automated User Management.
- Licensing types and methods with focus on automated user provisioning.
- Deployment and packaging with focus on automated user provisioning.
- Enterprise Storage Management (ESM).
- Zero Touch.
- Admin Console migration and merging.
- Work Management Solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Strong work ethics and ability to operate independently and within project teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing projects, tasks and customer scenarios.
- Ability to work alone and collaboratively in teams.
- At least 5 years of experience in an international enterprise-level customer-facing role.
- Experience in Enterprise Support or as a Technical Consultant preferred.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide Python-related examples during interviews.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience delivering presentations to large enterprise audiences.
- Enterprise infrastructure solution architecture experience.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML standards.
- Experience with Azure AD, ADFS, GoogleID, OKTA and Ping.
- Azure platform experience with related certifications.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Remote software distribution experience (SCCM, ARD) desirable.
- Windows application packaging and deployment experience desirable.
- Experience with Windows Virtualisation technologies including Citrix, RDP, App-V, Hyper-V, VMware Horizon and Windows Virtual Desktop.
