About The Job:
- We are looking for a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks on Microsoft Azure.
- The ideal candidate has strong hands on DevOps experience, a solid understanding of cloud native architectures, and the ability to work closely with development, QA, and security teams to enable reliable and scalable deployments.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring high availability and rapid release cycles
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform
- Implement and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve developer productivity and deployment reliability
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
- Work closely with development and QA teams to support DevOps best practices and release automation
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance through proper access controls, secrets management, and policy enforcement
- Troubleshoot deployment, performance, and environment related issues across environments
- Support on call rotations and incident resolution when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience as a DevOps / Cloud Engineer with strong exposure to Microsoft Azure
- Hands on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts, build and release pipelines
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep)
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
- Good understanding of Linux, networking concepts, and cloud security basics
- Experience with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
- Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and code review workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience with Azure security services (Key Vault, Azure Policies, RBAC)
- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices
- Knowledge of DevSecOps principles
- Azure certifications (AZ 400, AZ 104) are a plus
