Essential Job Functions:
- Managing user accounts and access in SAP systems
- Creating, modifying, and deleting user IDs
- Assigning roles and authorizations based on business requirements
- Performing user access reviews and compliance checks
- Handling password resets and user lock/unlock activities
- Monitoring segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts
- Supporting audits and maintaining security documentation
- Troubleshooting authorization and access-related issues
- Managing SAP roles, profiles, and authorization objects
- Coordinating with functional and technical teams for access requirements
- Performing security administration in SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with company security policies and standards
- Supporting SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) activities
- Monitoring security logs and resolving access incidents
- Assisting in role design, testing, and transport management
