Essential Job Functions:
IAM & Ac cess Governance.
- Support and enhance enterprise IAM controls including provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, and access reviews.
- Implement and enforce least privilege access and segregation of duties aligned with policies.
- Assist with identity lifecycle processes, user access requests, and audit evidence collection.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of service accounts including creation, ownership assignment, approvals, periodic reviews, and decommissioning.
- Define and enforce standards for naming conventions, ownership, expiration and entitlement management.
- Ensure traceability to business owners and applications.
- Reduce orphaned accounts and eliminate shared credentials.
- Onboard privileged and service accounts into CyberArk Vault with appropriate safes, platforms, and policies.
- Configure and manage CyberArk components including PVWA, CPM, PSM.
- Work with AIM and Conjur for credential retrieval where applicable.
- Configure password rotation schedules and complexity rules.
- Implement dual control and approvals for critical accounts.
- Enable session recording and command controls.
- Troubleshoot onboarding failures, CPM errors, reconciliation issues, and platform compatibility problems.
Qualifications:
Must Have.
- 3+ years experience in IAM, PAM, or access management roles.
- Strong experience in service account management and credential governance.
- Hands-on expertise with CyberArk including vault onboarding, safes, and CPM and PSM operations.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms and access controls including AD, LDAP, group policies, and RBAC.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for PAM integrations.
- Experience in ITIL environments including incident, change and problem management.
- CyberArk integration experience with Windows, Linux, database, network and middleware accounts.
- Scripting or automation knowledge using PowerShell or Python.
- Exposure to IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD, Ping.
- Knowledge of secrets management solutions such as CyberArk Conjur or HashiCorp Vault.
- Cloud exposure across AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Exp: 5 to 7 years.
