About The Job:
- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Pre-Sales Content & Design Specialist to join our RFX team.
- This role supports sales success in large and strategic opportunities.
- Work at the intersection of storytelling, content creation, and design.
- Support pursuit teams in crafting proposals, pitch decks, and executive narratives.
- Translate complex solutions into clear, persuasive, and engaging content.
- Requires strong narrative thinking, structured content development, and visual storytelling.
Essential Job Functions:
Narrative and Content Development.
- Partner with sales, bid managers, and solution teams to shape win themes and proposal narratives.
- Develop and refine proposal content, executive summaries, and pitch decks.
- Translate complex solutions into client-centric messaging.
- Create high-quality client presentations and proposal documents.
- Structure content for executive audiences.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual storytelling.
- Design visuals including infographics, icons, diagrams, and layouts.
- Collaborate with designers or independently execute designs.
- Apply design thinking to enhance readability and engagement.
- Work closely with pursuit teams, SMEs, and leadership stakeholders.
- Bridge content and design to ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in pre-sales, proposal development, consulting, marketing, or content strategy roles.
- Strong experience creating pitch decks, proposals, and executive presentations.
- Exceptional storytelling and content structuring ability.
- Strong understanding of sales messaging and client-centric communication.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear narratives.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and storytelling formats.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
- Ability to collaborate with designers or create layouts independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
