About The Job:

• Client University is seeking to hire dynamic Learning Consultants to drive engagement with digital learning customers across multiple cloud services.
• The goal of this role is to match customer learning needs with training content and services.
• The role focuses on nurturing learners to be successful in their cloud learning journey.
• The objective is to have satisfied customers embracing the digital learning model and becoming continuous learners.

Essential Job Functions:

• Engage with cloud customers and help them identify and create a Personalized Training Plan based on available content assets and services.
• Leverage knowledge of HCM cloud / Peoplesoft / EBS and identify tailored learning plans to bridge skill gaps.
• Work with customers to identify unique learning goals such as certifications, implementation deadlines, or user-specific training.
• Work with learning administrators to identify team learning goals and map learning plans.
• Identify special customer learning needs and leverage existing resources to accelerate adoption.
• Identify learning trends and new content requirements.
• Speak to learning offerings with passion to drive adoption.

Qualifications:
Skills required:

• 2 to 5 years of IT experience in oracle HCM Cloud or on premise oracle applications like PeopleSoft or oracle EBS.
• Experience as a QA manual testing consultant or Support & maintenance consultant or implementation consultant in oracle applications is required.
• Having oracle Cloud applications certification or formal training is an advantage.
• Business process understanding in Core – HR, Global / NA Payroll, Benefits, Absence management.
• Technical skills such as Fast Formula, HCM extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher are an advantage.
• Experience in training new team members or preparing training documentation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must.
• Experience in client facing roles is an advantage.
• Candidate should be self motivated, a team player, and have a strong learning attitude.
• Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure.
• Professional with good organizational and planning skills.
