About The Client:

Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in configuring and administering OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors
- including system setup, integration configuration, and platform maintenance Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules — including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, and their integration with OpenText xECM Proficiency in setting up and managing the integration layer between OpenText Content Server and SAP SuccessFactors
- including middleware configuration, API connections, and data synchronization Experience in configuring SuccessFactors integration scenarios
- linking HR business objects and employee records to OpenText content workspaces Knowledge of OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors deployment models
- including cloud-hosted and hybrid configurations Ability to design and implement end-to-end HR document management solutions aligned with HR business processes and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors APIs and OData services used in xECM integration scenarios
