About The Job:
- As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications and AI-integrated services.
- You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and operations teams.
- Build modern, reliable, and intelligent systems that transform how foreign national employees engage with immigration processes.
- Experience – 5 to 10 Years.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design and develop scalable, secure applications using C# or an equivalent object-oriented programming language.
- Build modern, responsive web interfaces using ReactJS or similar frameworks such as Angular or Vue.
- Develop robust APIs and backend services using Azure Functions, microservices, or equivalent technologies.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data management and retrieval.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, telemetry, and monitoring solutions.
- Configure alerting and incident management systems for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, data, and operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery quality.
- AI Integration
- Build and integrate Generative AI / LLM-based services.
- Develop intelligent features such as conversational interfaces and automation workflows.
- Design and implement AI Agents using frameworks like MCP, A2A, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, or equivalent OOP languages such as Java or Python.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS or similar front-end frameworks.
- Proven experience developing RESTful APIs and serverless backend components.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases including Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and MongoDB.
- Experience integrating or building Generative AI or LLM-based services.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD platforms.
- Experience with observability tools such as Application Insights, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Platform (Azure) and M365 ecosystem.
- Prior experience in enterprise automation, employee self-service portals, or case management systems.
