About The Job:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Audits, Reporting and Governance for Technology Resilience, this role is responsible for managing end-to-end IT projects with a strong emphasis on governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • The role ensures that projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, cost, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with enterprise frameworks and processes.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure the project is properly planned with defined scope, milestones, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions.
  • Ensure project execution and implementation aligns with the agreed plan and project management standards.
  • Provide relevant and accurate analysis, management information, and reporting.
  • Ensure project artefacts such as requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, and schedules are documented and tracked.
  • Conduct and manage governance meetings, ensuring outputs and artefacts are documented and shared.
  • Ensure adherence to project standards, frameworks, templates, and usage of agreed tools.
  • Drive stakeholder awareness, engagement, and effective communication.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage risks and issues, resolving or escalating as required.
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10–15 years of experience managing IT projects.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in delivery governance.
  • Strong reporting and data analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with IT setup (applications and infrastructure).
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
  • High attention to detail with strong data extraction and analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Financial services experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-cultural and matrix organization.
