About The Job:
- We are looking for a skilled Data Modeler with strong pharmaceutical commercial domain expertise to support the design of a Commercial Data Lake.
- The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders across multiple European (EU) markets, translating business requirements into robust data models and design artefacts.
- Gather and analyze client business requirements through workshops and discussions across multiple EU markets.
- Collaborate closely with business users and technical teams to understand commercial data needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for pharma commercial use cases.
- Create detailed data model artefacts including entity-relationship diagrams, data definitions, and mappings.
- Support the design and architecture of a Commercial Data Lake.
- Ensure data models align with pharma commercial processes and analytics requirements.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills & Expertise
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent SQL skills for data analysis and validation.

Strong pharma commercial domain knowledge, including:
- Sales
- Incentive Compensation (IC)
- Marketing
- Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
- Hands-on experience in data modeling for analytical or data lake environments.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in data modeling and analytics.
- Prior experience working with pharma or life sciences commercial data is mandatory.
- Experience working in global or multi-country (EU market) environments is highly desirable.
