About The Job:
- We are seeking a Tech Project Manager to lead structured delivery across complex multi-team initiatives.
- This role requires strong organisation, clarity, and ability to bring structure in ambiguous environments.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams and ensure accountability and progress.
- Experience in vendor coordination and financial services, risk, and compliance domains preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
Project and Delivery Management.
- Drive end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across engineering, product, data, compliance, and operations teams.
- Maintain delivery plans, sprint plans, WBS, RAID logs, and reporting frameworks.
- Build technology roadmaps and manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Run governance routines including status reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure accountability and follow-through on actions.
- Documentation and Clarity Building.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, workflows, process maps, and decision records.
- Translate ambiguous inputs into structured artefacts.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and vendors.
- Ensure alignment and manage conflicting priorities.
- Business Analysis and Process Definition.
- Lead requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Translate regulatory and business needs into actionable solutions.
- Vendor and Procurement Management.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, delivery, and procurement alignment.
- Ensure vendor performance and escalate issues when needed.
- Manage SaaS platform setup, governance, and integrations.
- Drive structured execution in ambiguous environments.
- Identify and resolve blockers proactively.
Qualifications:
Preferred Skills and Experience.
- 7–12 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or program delivery.
- Experience delivering complex multi-team projects with strong governance.
- Strong documentation, communication, and process mapping skills.
- Ability to drive execution and closure in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with procurement, PMO, and vendor teams.
- Familiarity with case management platforms such as Pega, Appian, ServiceNow, or Salesforce FSC.
- Knowledge of cloud, data, or engineering concepts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe is a plus.
