About The Job:

• Total Yrs. of Experience 8+.
• Relevant Yrs. of experience 6+.
• Lead end to end UI delivery for complex features and own design decisions for React Native app layers.
• Define and enforce design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards.
• Build user-facing features in React Native using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Develop reusable UI components, hooks, and style libraries.
• Ensure UI consistency across Android and iOS devices.

Essential Job Functions:

• Integrate native device capabilities and ensure cross-platform consistency.
• Consume REST and GraphQL APIs and manage state using Redux, RTK, or React Query.
• Handle offline sync and error states gracefully.
• Write unit and component tests using Jest and React Native Testing Library.
• Support end-to-end testing using Detox or Appium.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and maintain documentation.
• Triage production and app store issues and collaborate on fixes.
• Improve app performance including load time, memory usage, and rendering efficiency.
• Implement lazy loading, Hermes tuning, and native modules when required.
• Ensure security and privacy through secure storage and data handling practices.
• Guide testing strategy, test pyramid, and release readiness.

Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills.

• React Native, Android, Redux, Toolkit.

• React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, React Navigation.
• State management using Redux, RTK, or Zustand.
• Experience with React Query, Reanimated, and Gesture Handler.
• Build and Runtime.
• Knowledge of Hermes, Metro bundler, Gradle, and CocoaPods.

• Experience with Xcode and Android Studio.
• Basic knowledge of Swift and Kotlin.
• Testing and Tools.
  • Experience with Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox or Appium.
  • Familiarity with ESLint, Prettier, and Husky.
• CI CD and Release.
  • Experience with Fastlane, CodePush, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Azure DevOps.
  • Analytics and Monitoring.
  • Experience with Firebase, GA4, Segment, Amplitude, Sentry, Crashlytics, and Datadog.
