- The candidate will be responsible for leading remote design workshops with the countries, including requirements verification sessions and Fit-to-Standard sessions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- They should have strong hands-on expertise as appropriate in SNOW HRSD and be able to write user stories.
- Design & workshops: Lead and facilitate verification sessions and fit-to-standard workshops, ensuring business and technical alignment to the global template.
- Provide inputs to the Organisation and People Readiness (O&PR) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) teams on the requirements for System procedure, work instructions and training materials.
