About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix & Virtualization Engineer to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will provide L2 and L3 support for our virtual infrastructure, focusing on Citrix environments and automation.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, remote environment and is passionate about mentoring junior engineers and optimizing system performance.
- Deliver L2 & L3 support for Citrix ZenApp, ZenDesktop, and ZenServer environments
- Manage and optimize Citrix StoreFront, Director, NetScaler, and UCS platforms
- Maintain and support VMware infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline operations
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster knowledge sharing and team growth
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the team
- Exp: 5-8 years
- Extensive hands-on experience with Citrix ZenApp, ZenDesktop, and ZenServer
- Proficient with Citrix StoreFront, Director, NetScaler, and UCS
- Strong experience managing VMware environments
- Demonstrated knowledge in automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Proven ability in L2 & L3 technical support and incident management
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure operations
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Citrix Certified, VMware Certified Professional)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
