- Total Experience: 4+ years
- Relevant Experience: 4 years in Enterprise Application Integration
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW6)

Hands-on experience with TIBCO suite installation, configuration, and administration, including:
- TIBCO Administrator
- TIBCO Enterprise Administrator (TEA)
- TIBCO Hawk
- TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE)
- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, with exposure to Spring
- Experience with TIBCO EMS / JMS messaging

Hands-on experience with:
- REST & SOAP web services
- XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT

Experience with relational databases:
- Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL

Strong experience working in Linux/Unix environments:
- Deployments
- Scripting
- Troubleshooting

Experience with version control tools:
- Git / SVN

Exposure to build tools:
- Maven / Gradle

Experience in:
- Environment monitoring
- Log analysis
- Performance tuning in TIBCO platforms
Good to Have Skills
