About The Job:
- The AI / Automation Trainer will be responsible for upskilling employees on AI, automation, and digital tools by designing and delivering practical, role relevant training programs that drive adoption and productivity.
- Design and deliver hands on training on AI, automation, and low code/no code tools
- Customize learning modules for different roles and skill levels
- Enable employees to identify and apply automation opportunities in their work
- Create learning materials, demos, and best practice guides
- Track training effectiveness and continuously improve content
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, automation tools, and digital workflows
- Experience in corporate training, enablement, or coaching
- Ability to simplify complex topics into actionable learning
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Knowledge of GCC’s services
- Years of experience:- 12-15 years
- Any certifications needed: yes, relevant ones for AI and trainings
