About The Job:
- The Network Infrastructure service team is responsible for architecting, building, automating, and managing our Global Network Infrastructure in the datacenter and all three major public cloud providers.
- As a Senior Network Engineer, you will work with talented colleagues on challenging projects within the Global Infrastructure and Platform service team. Youll enjoy this team if you like working in a highly collaborative environment focused on being entrepreneurial, agile, and responsive. Youll have a huge impact and build with the best technology behind you.This position will be located in our Bangalore Office with a work from office mandate.
- The person in this role will be primarily responsible for managing and supporting ***s Network Infrastructure across on-prem DCs and the AWS, Azure, GCP & OCI Clouds, as well as Office connectivity used for all development and hosting services.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage and support all Network & Security Infrastructure running on AWS, Azure, GCP & OCI Clouds.
- Responsible for ensuring network stability and performance for *** Inc. On-Premises and Public Cloud networks.
- Provide support for network infrastructure problems by monitoring the teams support queue, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, identifying the root cause of critical issues, and ensuring corrective action is taken following problem identification.
- The candidate should be willing to work in shift rotation.
Experience Youll Need:
- 6+ years of extensive network operations and implementation of enterprise (Data centre/Public Clouds) at scale using industry-standard networking solutions.
- Proficient in any (AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI) Public Cloud platforms. Public Cloud Network Certifications are a plus. (at least one cloud exp. Is needed)
- Understanding of Enterprise Network design, including Data Centre, Campus, Public Cloud, and Global WAN connectivity
- Understanding of Networking technologies:IPv4/IPv6,BGP, VPN, L2 switching, andVxLAN.
- Hands-on experience with multiple hardware vendors, must have (Arista L2/L3/CVP), Cisco (Spinal leaf/ L2/L3) IOS.NX-OS,Meraki (Wireless),Palo Alto Networks.
- Nice to have Experience with one or more Load Balancers (Citrix NetScaler preferred, AVI Load Balancer, NGINX, and HA proxy).
- Knowledge of network layer security, including Firewalls (Palo Alto, 802.1.x, Network Authentication Systems, and VPN technologies),
