About The Job:
- Experience 7 to 9 years.
- Senior level Endpoint Privileged Managed engineer with experience in managing EPM Cloud for server and endpoint device management solutions.
- Strong design-level and hands-on experience on EPM Cloud.
- Ability to enhance, design, and deploy EPM solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
Design and Implementation.
- Work on design and deployment of Endpoint Privilege Management solutions.
- Continue design and enhancement activities for EPM environments.
- Access and Privilege Management.
- Define and grant least privilege access based on user roles and responsibilities.
- Manage application whitelisting, blacklisting, and grey listing.
- Understand and apply security policy and governance principles.
- Implement Privileged Identity Management solutions for large-scale customers.
- Work on Windows AD, GPO, delegation, and access management.
- Handle troubleshooting and support for EPM solutions.
- Coordinate with product vendors to resolve issues and SRs.
- Work with Thycotic components, including architecture and complex implementations.
- Manage endpoint environments across Windows and Mac platforms.
- Participate in project execution and demonstrate technical leadership.
- Support team setup, planning, and resourcing as required.
- Open to travel for deployment at customer locations.
Qualifications:
Primary Skills.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in operations or implementation of Endpoint Privilege Management solutions.
- Experience with tools such as Thycotic Privilege Manager.
- Product certification in EPM tools is desirable.
- Strong understanding of GPO and policy management.
- Experience in development and implementation of Thycotic and Privileged Identity Management solutions.
- Understanding of LDAP concepts.
- Experience with directory systems such as Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, Sun Directory Server, Tivoli Directory Server, and CA Directory.
- Experience using database tools such as Toad.
- Experience with protocols including SSH, Telnet, and RDP and tools like Putty.
- Experience with network devices including firewalls and routers.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
- Experience working on Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with other privileged identity management tools such as Client PIM or NetIQ PIM.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
