About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly skilled professional with combined expertise in ServiceNow development and Moveworks platform management.
- This hybrid role involves designing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions while serving as the L3 SME for Moveworks.
- Responsible for managing escalations, optimizing bot performance, and ensuring seamless integration between platforms.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive automation and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience 9–12 years.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
- Develop workflows, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and custom applications.
- Create and enhance Service Catalog items, Service Portal widgets, and automation flows.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Perform instance upgrades, resolve defects, and ensure platform performance and data integrity.
- Work within Agile processes, participate in sprint cycles, and maintain documentation.
- Moveworks L3 Support and Platform Ownership.
- Act as L3 escalation point for incidents, performance issues, and platform bugs.
- Manage end-to-end Moveworks configuration, workflows, automations, and AI model enhancements.
- Optimize bot performance through analytics, training data improvements, and tuning.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes.
- Manage integrations between Moveworks, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, HR, and identity systems.
- Support release management, UAT, change requests, and new feature enablement.
- Monitor usage, generate insights, and improve self-service adoption.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT operations, automation, or platform engineering.
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience including JavaScript, Glide APIs, and UI components.
- Experience with ITSM processes and exposure to modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, or Service Catalog.
- 2–5 years of experience with Moveworks or similar conversational AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, bot frameworks, and automation design.
- Expertise in integrations including REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, and webhooks.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnostics, RCA, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS.
- Experience with Power Platform, Aisera, or AI-based automation tools.
- Knowledge of CMDB best practices, workflow automation, and ATF.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Exposure to CI CD pipelines and DevOps frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle complex L3 issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Continuous improvement mindset and passion for automation and AI.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
