Value Creation Lead (P2P)

About The Job:

• Head of Finance Shared Services role overseeing global Finance operations.
• Responsible for Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay processes.
• Ensure high-performing, well governed shared services operations across geographies.
• Lead geographically distributed teams and act as senior stakeholder for Finance Shared Services.

Essential Job Functions:

• End to end leadership of Finance Shared Services operations.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, performance metrics, and governance cadence.
• Improve timeliness, quality, cost efficiency, and control effectiveness.
• Lead value stream SMEs across R2R, O2C, and P2P domains.
• Drive automation, analytics, and AI adoption for operational improvements.
• Resolve cross value stream dependencies and optimize end-to-end outcomes.
• Act as operational lead for Back Office Modernisation and ERP transition.
• Ensure process readiness, people capability, and change adoption.
• Maintain operational continuity during transformation programs.
• Establish strong stakeholder relationships and governance frameworks.
• Provide reporting on performance, compliance, audit outcomes, and risks.
• Value Stream Responsibilities.
• R2R uplift including close cycles, reconciliation, reporting quality and controls.
• P2P improvements including invoice processing, supplier experience, and compliance.
• O2C improvements including billing, receivables, dispute handling and cash application.
• Support design, transition, and adoption of ERP and operating model changes.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership experience in Finance Shared Services operations.
• Experience managing R2R, O2C, and P2P processes at scale.
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence.
• Experience in ERP transformation and shared services transition programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to drive governance, compliance, and audit outcomes.
