About The Job:
  • People Business Partner, Consumer India is responsible for deployment of the entire portfolio of HR to support our commercial organization along with corporate (support) functions.
  • This role will actively support their business partners and drive important people/talent actions for their respective business, and also execute critical talent and capability development initiatives for the India Enterprise across busineeses.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Integration of HR priorities into Business plans
  • Create and deploy the HR agenda, aligned with HR and Business strategies
  • Evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers to inform HR solutions
  • Lead strategic HR work in support of business goals and HR strategies
  • Develop trusted partnership/ coaching relationship with leaders/ teams that enhances their impact Drive talent agenda and build organizational capability
  • Identify talent needs of the business via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis
  • Develop/ deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning
  • Build on global-sector and region-sector strategies to implement within country
  • Support country business leaders to drive talent agenda and achieve business results
  • Partner with global-sector, region-sector, and country HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate Promote collaboration
  • Partner cross functions, including across all parts of the HR model, to ensure integrated solutions and seamless experiences for both HR and the business
  • Proactively identify opportunities to partner cross functionally to ensure integration of efforts

Education & Experience
  • Post graduation in Human Resources or equivalent degree
  • 8-10 years of Human Resources experience within a global multinational sales and marketing/ manufacturing company is preferred.
