About The Job:
- We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and platform support.
- User management (user creation, deactivation, password resets)
- Managing Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets
- Maintaining page layouts, record types, picklists, and field-level configurations
- Managing Reports and Dashboards
- Supporting data imports/exports using Data Loader
- Monitoring data quality and performing clean-up activities
- Handling Case/Lead assignment rules
- Manage and support Accounts and Opportunities lifecycle management
- Maintain and support Quotes
- Supporting UAT activities and basic configuration validation
- Coordinating with T3/developers for automation or complex changes
- Providing 24/5 operational support
- Exp: 9 to 12 years
