Essential Job Functions:
- Facilitate workshops/interviews to extract input from stakeholders from various backgrounds to document TRPs for capabilities within MVB scope
- Analyse and identify critical applications and components underpinning MVB capabilities
- Identify critical application dependencies associated with applications in scope that could impact capability recovery
- Draft architecture diagrams and describe application flows based on input/feedback
- Understand and challenge stakeholder input in order to document MVB recovery steps
- Develop recovery/verification steps for in-scope applications based on stakeholder input
- Create application recovery sequencing diagrams
- Document scoping decisions, meetings held and escalate strategic decisions required
- Get review and required approval evidence as part of development of TRPs
- Speed up development of technical recovery playbooks including identification of MVB applications
- Exp: 9 To 12 years
- Strong facilitation and communication skills as role will drive workshops with multiple application SMEs and stakeholders
- Experience with business continuity management, digital resilience, disaster recovery or similar with strong IT perspective, if possible
- Experience with developing recovery plans/playbooks
- Financial services experience and basic understanding (preferable)
- High quality standards for delivery of documentation
- Be able to work and communicate effectively with MVB team
- Knowledge of catastrophic loss scenarios and cyber security defensive tactics
- Experience with technical recovery documentation and playbook development
