About The Job:
  • The TM Technical Support Team Leader shall be responsible for managing a team of Technical Support Associates providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer servicing and technical support for Treasury Management products.
  • This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, adherence to risk controls, and achievement of service-level metrics.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Under minimum supervision, performs a variety of assignments that are moderately complex and require detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures.
  • Manages day-to-day operations of a team handling business customer servicing calls and emails for Treasury Management products.
  • Provides real-time support, coaching, and guidance to associates handling complex customer issues and escalations.
  • Monitors performance against KPIs such as productivity, quality, first call resolution, and customer experience.
  • Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, compliance, and risk mitigation requirements.
  • Supports issue resolution where multiple non-standard solutions are required.
  • Conducts regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development coaching.
  • Ensures team maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and procedures.
  • Identifies and escalates potential fraud, risk, or suspicious activity appropriately.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5 + yrs
Basic Qualifications:
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage escalations and complex customer interactions
  • Willingness to work in a call center environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior team handling experience of 3 years or more
  • Previous call center experience
  • Financial Industry experience and/or
  • Experience with Treasury Management products & services
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US EST hours)
