- 8–12+ years in M365 / Collaboration Platforms, with deep enterprise SharePoint Online and AvePoint experience
- Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint Online Architecture, OneDrive & Teams Collaboration, Permissions & Access Management, Information Architecture, Metadata & Content Management, External Sharing Controls
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert,
- Microsoft SharePoint / M365 Fundamentals or Associate Certs,
- AvePoint Certifications (Governance / Backup / Migration),
- Security & Compliance Fundamentals (SC 900 / SC 400)
- This role encompasses proficiency with widely used tools from Microsoft (Office 365 Suite, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams, AD/AAD, etc.), other M365 tools
