About The Job:
- This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency across multiple business domains including IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations.
- Leveraging platforms like Moveworks (Agent Studio) and Glean (Agents), along with advanced Python scripting, you will be responsible for building robust AI-driven virtual agents and automation services that resolve employee queries and automate repetitive workflows.
- Design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbots and AI agents using Moveworks Agent Studio and Glean Agents to support enterprise-wide use cases.
- Build and manage Python-based automation scripts and backend services to streamline internal business operations and improve system integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations) to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Customize conversational AI workflows and natural language understanding models to enhance agent responsiveness and contextual accuracy.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agent performance; conduct regular analysis and fine-tuning based on analytics and feedback.
- Develop APIs and backend microservices to support AI solutions integration with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft 365.
- Maintain documentation, deployment playbooks, and reusability standards for all solutions.
- Ensure security, privacy, and compliance best practices are adhered to across all automation initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers, interns, and team members who are new to AI technologies by providing guidance, onboarding support, and training sessions.
- Support experienced Python developers transitioning into AI chatbot development by sharing platform-specific knowledge, implementation strategies, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, intent recognition, and AI model training/evaluation.
- Ability to manage end-to-end solution delivery — from requirements gathering through post-production support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or training peers or junior team members in AI and automation technologies.
- Experience with enterprise ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform).
- Prior involvement in scaling AI agent implementations across global teams.
