About The Job:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in
- Performance Testing, Dynatrace, and AI/Automation frameworks. The ideal candidate
- should possess solid technical depth, strong analytical skills, and experience working in
- high-scale distributed environments.
Performance Testing
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability
- tests.
- Develop performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter / LoadRunner / Gatling.
- Create performance test strategies, plans, and workload models.
- Analyze system behaviour under different loads and identify bottlenecks.
- Provide detailed performance test results, reports, and recommendations.
- Dynatrace Monitoring & Observability
- Configure and manage Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics.
- Perform end-to-end application performance monitoring.
- Trace performance bottlenecks across UI, API, backend services, databases, and
- infrastructure.
- Work with engineering teams to diagnose root causes using Dynatrace PurePath &
- Smartscape.
- Build automation frameworks for performance test execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Implement AI-driven anomaly detection, predictive insights, and automated alerting.
- Create scripts and utilities using Python/PowerShell/Java to automate workflows.
- Integrate test automation with DevOps pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
- Work closely with developers, DevOps, product owners, architects.
- Provide performance tuning recommendations.
- Present insights, reports, and dashboards to technical leadership.
Technical Skills
- Performance Testing Tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling (any two required).
- Monitoring Tools: Expert-level knowledge of Dynatrace.
- Scripting: Python, Shell, or Java.
- Protocols: REST, web, microservices, cloud-native workloads.
- Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP (any exposure is a plus).
- Automation: CI/CD integration, automated reporting, AI-driven performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in Performance Engineering.
- Certification in Dynatrace, JMeter, or Cloud is a plus.
