About The Job:

  • Experience :- 6+ Years in SuccessFactors Functional.
  • Shift Timing 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
  • Responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning Process and Career Development modules.
  • Focus on identifying, developing, and retaining top talent.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Design and implement Succession Planning and Career Development modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders.
  • Configure talent pools, calibration sessions, and career development plans.
  • Support integration with Performance and Goals and Employee Central.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for succession planning.
  • Exposure to Talent Intelligent Hub and Job Profile Builder.
  • Analyze development and LMS link.
  • Work on Development module with Career Development Process.
  • Train HR users on talent management processes.

Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills.

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Succession Planning functional.
  • Experience with CDP module and workforce planning.
  • Experience in Talent Management processes.
Education.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or IT.
  • 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Succession and Development.
Required Skills.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management processes.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in Succession and CDP modules.
  • Analytical mindset for workforce planning and succession analytics.
  • Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
