Lead support activities for SAP S4 BRIM with a focus on:
- Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- FICA

Manage SAP BRIM related:
- Rollouts
- Upgrades
- Enhancements
- Project timelines and deliverables
- Customize SAP S4 BRIM solutions based on business requirements

Develop and maintain:
- Custom Reports
- Dashboards
- Collaborate with global teams and multiple vendors to ensure timely project delivery

Exposure to:
- Data Migration
- Automated Testing Tools (Mandatory)

Knowledge of:
- ServiceNow
- Jira (Preferred)
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot SAP BRIM related issues

Work closely with:
- Billing Teams
- Finance Teams
- IT Stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements for SAP BRIM performance and user experience
- 6–8 years of experience in SAP S4 BRIM CI module

Strong expertise in:

- BITS Creation
- Billing & Invoicing
- Smart Forms
- Adobe Forms

Experience integrating with:
- FICA
- Convergent Charging
- Subscription Order Management
