About The Job:
  • Your primary responsibility will be to drive predictable, high quality delivery across RF360 engineering and manufacturing application initiatives by enabling cross functional Agile teams to perform at their best. You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, manage delivery flow using tools like Azure DevOps/Jira, and ensure alignment with Program Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders across RF360’s global locations (India, Munich, Singapore, Wuxi, San Diego).
  • To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable coaching diverse teams on Agile ways of working, handling complex stakeholder expectations, and making delivery status transparent through data driven reporting and dashboards.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and other Agile cadences for multiple RF360 product teams across engineering and operations.
  • Coaching team members, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles, helping them adopt and continuously improve Scrum/Kanban practices in RF360 manufacturing and engineering application initiatives.
  • Managing and refining backlogs and boards in tools such as Azure DevOps/Jira/MS Project to ensure work is visible, prioritized and aligned to RF360 program and portfolio goals.
  • Driving delivery predictability through data driven metrics (e.g., throughput, story points, ticket volumes) and creating dashboards that provide clear visibility into sprint and release progress for leadership.
  • Identifying and removing impediments by coordinating with RF360 IT, infrastructure, and external vendor teams; escalating risks and dependencies in a timely manner.
  • Partnering with Program Leads and Product Owners to align sprint goals with RF360 OneIT India workstreams (SAP, MES, YMS, Engineering Support Apps) and the broader portfolio roadmap.
  • Preparing and presenting regular status updates and summaries (e.g., weekly RF360 India OneIT Program status decks) for leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Supporting staffing operations for RF360 initiatives by coordinating with hiring managers, vendors and HR (e.g., screening profiles, supporting interviews, onboarding, and tracking backfills/contingent workforce).
  • Facilitating collaboration across geographically distributed teams in India, Europe and Asia, and ensuring time zone aware planning and communication.
  • Proactively managing conflicts within and between teams, using facilitation techniques and data to resolve issues while maintaining a healthy team culture.
  • Supporting continuous improvement by identifying process gaps (e.g., in tool usage, reporting or workflow), proposing improvements, and helping teams implement them.
  • Ensuring alignment to RF360 governance expectations and program standards in areas such as reporting, cadence, tooling, and stakeholder communication.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with RF360 Program Leads, Product Owners, Engineering Managers and Business stakeholders to define sprint goals, manage product backlogs, and align delivery to RF360 OneIT program and portfolio priorities.
  • Run Scrum/Kanban for multiple concurrent initiatives (e.g., NPI WOLF, GloReA, Advanced Yield Engineering, Data Engineering, label printing and similar RF360 engineering applications), ensuring clear scope, ownership and sprint commitments.
  • Maintain high quality, up to date work item documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, tasks, defects) in Azure DevOps/Jira, and ensure that teams and stakeholders use these tools as the single source of truth.
  • Provide transparent, data driven reporting to leadership through dashboards and weekly RF360 program status decks, summarizing progress, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans across SAP, MES, YMS and Engineering Support Apps workstreams.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Dev, QA, Ops, Data Engineering, external vendors) to manage production issues, enhancements and change requests, helping teams balance run and change work while protecting sprint focus.
  • Support RF360 staffing operations for key programs by partnering with hiring managers, HR and vendor partners: sharing role descriptions, reviewing candidate profiles, participating in interviews and tracking requisitions/backfills.
  • Plan and facilitate cross site sync ups and ceremonies involving stakeholders in India, Munich, Singapore, Wuxi and other locations, ensuring clear agendas, outcomes and follow ups.
  • Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from sprints and releases, and driving actions that improve flow, quality, predictability and stakeholder satisfaction across RF360 initiatives.
  • Ensure teams adhere to agreed governance, compliance and reporting expectations for RF360 OneIT programs, including timely updates to trackers, dashboards, and leadership decks.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA.
  • 8–10 years of experience in IT delivery, with at least several years in a Scrum Master / Agile delivery role on complex programs or portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and coaching cross functional Agile teams across geographies (e.g., India, Munich, Singapore, Wuxi, San Diego) in a high reliability, manufacturing/engineering environment.
  • Strong hands on experience with Azure DevOps (and/or Jira/MS Project) for backlog management, sprint planning, and dashboard/report creation.
  • Proven ability to explain complex delivery concepts and plans to both technical and non technical stakeholders, and to facilitate alignment between RF360 IT and business.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills (meeting notes, status decks, dashboards, reports).
  • Track record of managing multiple teams/projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and predictable delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting staffing activities (requisitions, backfills, vendor coordination, onboarding) for RF360 programs.
  • Strong planning, organizational and time management skills; ability to anticipate risks and mitigate impact on timelines.

  • Decision Making – Ability to make quick, informed decisions on scope, sequencing and impediment handling, considering impact on teams and RF360 production environments.
  • Documentation – Ability to clearly document sprint goals, decisions, risks, and action items using standard RF360 templates and tools.
  • Root Cause Analysis – Able to work with teams to identify underlying causes of delivery issues (e.g., recurring blockers, quality or flow problems) and drive corrective actions.
  • Taking Initiative – Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline ceremonies, improve metrics, or enhance reporting without waiting for direction; comfortable initiating actions that benefit the RF360 portfolio.
  • Technical Documentation – Can support teams in structuring user stories, acceptance criteria and definition of done to ensure clarity and testability, even if not authoring all technical details.
  • Technical Troubleshooting (Process) – Uses a systematic approach to help teams resolve process related issues (e.g., tooling usage, workflow bottlenecks, cross team dependencies) and escalates appropriately.
