Essential Job Functions:
- Broad interface Interactions with Business Process Owners - Act as a Global Role supporting Singapore and China factory
- Responsible for the system requirement study, solution design, system configuration, system testing, user training, data conversion, documentation, system integration
- Second & Third Level system support for day to day operations in Plant Maintenance (Incident resolution, Change Request implementation)
- Business requirement gathering
- 8-10 Yrs of Experience in SAP VIM
- Experience in ICC - Invoice Capture Center, Setup, Field Capture, Invoice Processing
- Hands on in configuring VIM : DP document types, Archive Document types, Process types, Process options, Document Processing, Invoice Approval Process, Parked Invoice resolution, Blocked Invoice resolution.
- Support & Enhancement activities for RFC’s raised by the client
