About The Client:

Qualifications:
- 4-12 Yrs
- Strong expertise in Voice architecture, network design and operations for large-scale call center environments.
- In-depth knowledge of: VoIP technologies, SIP protocol, Call routing and dial plan design.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Voice Gateways, Genesys Contact center.
- Configure and maintain VoIP systems, SIP trunks, and dial plans.
- Experience with Session Border Controllers (Client): Oracle Client, AudioCodes Client.
- Experience working with telecom carriers for issue resolution.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Knowledge of monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., RTMT, Grafana, EOM, Wireshark, Thousand-eyes)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven troubleshooting skills for: Call routing failures, Voice quality issues, SIP signaling and media-related problems.
