- Lead and manage end-to-end control testing engagements within banking functions.
- Design testing strategies and testing frameworks for Non-Financial Risk controls.
- Conduct detailed process reviews and risk assessments.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and leadership teams for reporting and governance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and strengthen control environments.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- 9+ Years
- Strong expertise in banking landscape and financial services domain.
- Extensive experience in Non-Financial Risk Control Testing.
- Deep understanding of process testing, operational risk, and internal controls.
- Experience managing testing engagements and stakeholder interactions.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with large/global banking organizations.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and audit practices.
- Relevant certifications such as FRM, CIA, CISA, or equivalent preferred.
