About The Job:
- Looking for Service Now ITOM Architect – Senior Technical Consultant resource
- As a technical consultant focusing on building IT Operations Management Process to track and manage CSDM led CMDB and ITOM process life cycle.
- He will be focusing on ITOM solution, design, development and assist team in CSDM and CMDB configuration on ServiceNow platform.
- This resource will deliver finalized ServiceNow Discovery and Service mapping Solutions utilizing the ServiceNow Discovery Module.
- Design and implement ITOM solutions for end-to-end CSDM led Configuration management lifecycle.
- Ensure data integrity both from the ownership and discovery standpoints
- Use the common service data model concepts to maintain the data integrity between cmdb and asset as required.
- Analyze the different CI and data sources (with Discovery, procurement system etc) and establish process and solution for maintaining data integrity coming from multiple sources
- Monitor CMDB/ITOM Metrics to determine efficiencies: take appropriate actions to modify.
- Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
- Work with process owners to understand the process requirements related to the capture of configuration data and develop technical specifications and solutions
- Service Now ITOM Solution, design and process architect experience required.
- Work with Application SMEs and stakeholders to perform gap analysis and provide solution.
- Participate in Configuration Management meetings and Story Time where appropriate
- Review the data being populated into the CMDB and act as product owner of the CMDB
- Exp-12+ years
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience with CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping/ITOM solutioning.
- Minimum of 5+year experience with ServiceNow Discovery
- Have very strong functional knowledge and technical skills.
- Experience integrating with tools to federate data into the CMDB
- Experience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes (including hardware and software)
- Good interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation
- Experience in concepts: XML, JSON/script language, database, Scripting capabilities such as JavaScript, jelly, SQL.
- Ability to discuss credentials, install a product, discuss network connectivity/design from ITOM aspect with network engineers
- Experience in Service now customization and SR development.
- Integration experience using Graph Connector/SQL/Restful API.
- Candidates with discovery and other ITOM certification will be preferred.
