About The Job:
- We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to design, build, and productionize AI solutions for leading global clients in Europe.
- The role will involve strong AI Engineering using Python, GitHub CoPilot, and the Google AI / GCP stack (e.g., Vertex AI, Gemini models)
- The role involves opportunity to ideate and create new generation Chatbots, Conversational Agents, RAG systems, Semantic search and document processing, workflow automation systems.
- The role involves reimagining the current processes and ideation.
- The role seeks close collaboration with client stakeholders and HCLTech AI Labs team to conceptualize and deliver the solutions.
- Participate in client workshops / ideation sessions to align and Client the relevant use cases, fine tune them to arrive at an implementation roadmap.
- Translate complex requirements, ideas into tangible solutions that deliver value.
- Experience with usage of GitHub CoPilot, good appreciation of Prompt Engineering, Prompt Templates and LLM foundations
- Good experience of using LLM APIs Google Gemini, Vertex, Open AI for delivering real world applications
- Good knowledge of using IDEs like Cursor, VS Code
- Good knowledge and appreciation of using cloud platforms like Azure, Google and AWS.
- Strong appreciation of CI/CD and DevOps principles and code quality aspects.
- Strong experience in building robust applications addressing security, reliability aspects
- Good to have appreciation of AI ethics and governance.
- Good to have knowledge on Gen AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph
- Good to have appreciation of A2A and MCP concepts
- Exp: 6 to 12 years
