Lead AI/ML

What will your role look like

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Provide architectural guidance, conduct technical reviews, and ensure best practices in AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud-native development.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, GenAI, and cloud to introduce innovative solutions across the organization.
Manage multiple projects end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources in alignment with business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies while ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of AI engineers, data scientists, cloud engineers, and software developers.
Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and clients to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Present solutions and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We would like you to bring along

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in team/project management.
Proven expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, NLP, Computer Vision).
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML cloud services.
Solid understanding of software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
Experience in data engineering, pipelines, and scalable system design.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Good-to-have skills

Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and/or AI/ML.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
Exposure to enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with GenAI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
