| Duties: |
System Administration, Operations & Troubleshooting -
SAP BASIS & Infrastructure: Lead end-to-end administration, installation, patching, and upgrades for the SAP landscape (S/4HANA, NetWeaver, PI/PO, GTS, GRC, SLT) running on Linux, ensuring robust HA/DR capabilities.

Monitoring & Support: Proactively monitor system health, database connectivity, and interface integration (PI/PO). Serve as the top-tier escalation point for complex incidents, executing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and managing ServiceNow workflows to ensure business continuity.
System Tuning, Capacity & Health -
Performance Optimization: Tune HANA databases, application servers, and interfaces (ABAP/RFC/BAPI) to minimize response times and eliminate bottlenecks.

Capacity Planning: Monitor resource consumption (CPU, memory, disk I/O) to support future business demands and large data migrations.

EarlyWatch Alerts (EWA): Configure, analyze, and action weekly EWA reports via Solution Manager/Focused Run to proactively mitigate performance, growth, and security risks.
Security, Compliance & GRC -
Security Administration: Design, implement, and maintain security roles/profiles (ABAP/JAVA) and manage the entire user lifecycle in adherence to compliance and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.

GRC Access Control: Administer the SAP GRC module (ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter, BRM) to manage access risks, automate compliant user provisioning, monitor emergency access, and provide comprehensive evidence for audits.
Innovation & Automation -
Scripting: Automate routine BASIS, security, and maintenance tasks using Python and Shell scripting.

AI Implementation: Design and implement creative, AI-driven solutions for predictive monitoring, intelligent automation, and platform-level performance optimization.

Mandatory Technical Expertise - Deep expertise in SAP NetWeaver (ABAP and Java stacks).
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO administration.
- Proven experience with SAP SLT replication setup and monitoring.
- Expert-level administration of SAP HANA Database.
- Demonstrated experience in S/4 HANA Conversion projects.
- Solid administration experience in Linux operating systems.
- Expertise in configuring and maintaining High Availability (HA) & Disaster Recovery (DR) environments for SAP.
- Experience with Python Scripting for automation.
- AI proficiency with the ability to explore and leverage knowledge of AI use cases.
Desired Skills (Preferred) - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) integration with SAP.
- Certification in SAP BASIS, HANA, or Security is a plus.
