• Strong hands-on experience configuring Workday Recruiting.

  • Candidate Management
  • Interview Scheduling
  • Offer Management
  • Recruiting Business Processes
  • Career Site Configuration
• Knowledge of Workday Security Framework.
• Experience creating Workday reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
