About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Financial Analyst; Senior Financial Analyst; Manager Finance:
- Record and maintain accurate books and records for all transactions involving the off-shore entities; work closely with the private funds finance & operations, tax, legal and treasury teams to obtain and document proper understanding for each transaction. Perform and review regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Managing the AP process, and other regulatory fillings.
- Perform and review intercompany reconciliations across business groups and regional entities.
- Assist with quarterly consolidated process and ensuring accurate and timely quarterly deliverables relating to offshore entities in accordance with both IFRS and US GAAP. Calculate and compile private fund management fees.
- Maintain organized and well-documented policies and procedure documents and timely updation of the same..
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Assist in preparation of various analyses and reports for senior management to support their business decision making.
- Assist in special projects, as needed.
- Manager Consolidation: Manage portfolio of companies consolidated on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Manage the preparation and review of supporting schedules and various types of financial analysis required for financial statement disclosures
- Maintain organized and well-documented policies and procedure documents
- Closely collaborate with the BSG consolidation and corporate accounting teams, as well as with teams of professional accountants across various portfolios
- Collaborate with and respond to the business and finance inquiries from other stakeholders within the organization to ensure requirements are met on a timely basis Support the integration of newly acquired assets into the reporting framework
- Support key initiatives and process improvements for the corporate and regional consolidation groups; collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with other corporate teams Oversee the work and provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to the senior analysts and analysts on the team
- Provide support to the Senior Managers, Consolidations on various related activities Perform corporate level internal controls activities, ensuring the financial statement close process remains SOx compliant
- Assist with external auditors’ requests to ensure all documentation requirements are met Perform Ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required
