About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Analyze and document business requirements related to Ratio and Liquidity Risk reporting/regulatory initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams for solution delivery.
- Work on Liquidity Risk frameworks and Basel regulatory requirements.
- Support UAT execution, validation, and issue resolution.
- Create BRD, FRD, and VRD documents.
- Participate in requirement workshops and functional discussions.
Mandatory Skills:
- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Foreign Banking domain.

Strong experience in:
- Liquidity Risk
- Regulatory Ratios
- NSFR
- LCR

Hands-on exposure to:
- UAT
- VRD documentation
- Requirement analysis
- Foreign Banking experience is mandatory.
- Candidate should have BA experience only; reporting profile candidates will not fit.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and risk management processes.
- Ability to work independently in remote setup.
