Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in Data Entry, Back Office, or Administrative roles
- Experience in textile trading or fabric industry will be preferred
Salary Range:
Roles:
- Share invoices with customers and maintain records
- Follow up with leads and customers regarding inquiries and orders
- Enter sales orders, dispatch details, and customer information into the system
- Maintain accurate data records and documentation
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth operations
- Prepare and update daily reports and MIS
- Handle basic administrative and back-office activities
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
