Role Description

This is a part-time any location position for a Lead Generation Specialist located in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves generating high-quality leads, identifying potential clients, and engaging with prospects to build relationships. You will conduct market research, collaborate with leadership to optimize lead conversion efforts, and manage communication with prospects to maintain a strong client pipeline. You will be working on clear OKRs on what and how much to deliver


Qualifications

  • Experience with Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients effectively
  • Background in Sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in conducting Research for market trends, potential clients, and competitive analysis
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field
